日頃から園の保育運営にご理解とご協力をいただき、ありがとうございます。
お子さまの健康と園内での感染予防のため、下痢症状が見られた場合の登園の目安について、以下のとおりお知らせいたします。
■ 下痢についての考え方
下痢は、体調不良や感染症の初期症状として現れることがあり、集団生活の中では慎重な対応が必要となります。
当園では、便の状態・回数・お子さまの全身の様子を総合的に見て判断しています。
■ 登園を控えていただきたい場合
次のような症状が見られる場合は、登園をお控えいただき、回復に専念してください。
・水のような便、または泥状の便が2回以上続いている
・便がオムツから漏れるほどの下痢
・下痢に加えて、発熱・嘔吐・腹痛・ぐったりしている様子がある
・食欲がなく、水分が十分に取れない
・医師から登園を控えるよう指示があった場合
園でこれらの症状が確認された場合は、状況によりお迎えをお願いすることがあります。
■ 登園可能と判断されることが多い例
・軟らかい便が1回のみで、その後普段通りの便に戻っている
・食事や水分が取れ、元気に過ごせている
・発熱や嘔吐がない
※乳幼児は、食事内容や体調の変化により一時的に便が軟らかくなることがあります。
■ 登園再開の目安
・下痢や嘔吐の症状が治まり、普段通りの生活ができる
・下痢が完全に止まってから、概ね24時間以上経過している
※感染性胃腸炎等と診断された場合は、医師の指示に従ってください。
■ 保護者の皆さまへのお願い
・ご家庭での便の回数や状態を、登園時にお知らせください
・下痢や体調不良がある場合は、無理をせずご自宅で様子を見てください
お子さま一人ひとりの健康を守り、安心して園生活を送るため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

For Parents: Guidelines for Attendance When a Child Has Diarrhea
Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation with our childcare operations.
In order to protect your child’s health and to prevent the spread of infection within the nursery, we would like to share our guidelines regarding attendance when a child has diarrhea.
■ Our Approach to Diarrhea
・Diarrhea can be a sign of poor physical condition or the early stage of an infectious illness.
・In a group childcare setting, careful judgment is required.
・At our preschool, decisions are made based on the condition of the stool, frequency, and your child’s overall health.
■ When to Keep Your Child at Home
Please refrain from bringing your child to the nursery if any of the following apply:
・Watery or loose stools occur two or more times
・Diarrhea is severe enough to leak from a diaper or pants
・Diarrhea is accompanied by fever, vomiting, abdominal pain, or unusual fatigue
・Poor appetite or difficulty taking fluids
・A doctor has advised your child to stay home
If these symptoms appear while your child is at the preschool, we may contact you to request early pick-up, depending on the situation.
■ Examples of when to coming to school is often Possible
・One episode of soft stool only, followed by a return to normal stools
・Your child is eating, drinking, and active as usual
No fever or vomiting
※ Please note that infants and young children may temporarily have soft stools due to dietary changes or mild physical adjustments.
■ Guidelines for Returning to the Nursery
・Diarrhea and vomiting have completely resolved
・Your child is able to participate in normal daily activities
・As a general guideline, at least 24 hours have passed since diarrhea stopped
※ If your child is diagnosed with infectious gastroenteritis or another illness, please follow your doctor’s instructions.
■ A Request to Parents and Guardians
Please inform us of your child’s bowel movements and physical condition at when
you bring your child to school.
If your child is experiencing diarrhea or feels unwell, please allow them to rest at home.
Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children.

チャイルドシートに子どもを適正に乗せるのは、義務です。
道路交通法第71条の3第3項
自動車の運転者は、幼児用補助装置(幼児を乗車させる際座席ベルトに代わる機能を果たさせるため座席に固定して用いる補助装置であつて、道路運送車両法第三章及びこれに基づく命令の規定に適合し、かつ、幼児の発育の程度に応じた形状を有するものをいう。以下この項において同じ。)を使用しない幼児を乗車させて自動車を運転してはならない。
